I began in sales but quickly discovered my true calling in Customer Success, from building a CS team in the U.S. to crafting impactful customer stories that inspire and drive results.
I firmly believe that the best way to retain customers is through genuine engagement, and CS is the key to making that happen.
I’m a die-hard New York Knicks & Manchester United fan (sorry, not sorry). As the resident fashionista, my love for skincare rivals my passion for footwear. My idea of a perfect night out? A little karaoke, a great whisky, and good company.
I raise the Barre by bringing high energy, sharp insights, and a flair for the extraordinary.

Jack Fitchett

I’ve spent 12+ years working with everyone from fast-growing startups to global enterprises, leading Customer Success and Account Management across Martech, CDPs and AI.
Whether managing multi-million ARR accounts or driving upsell and retention, I focus on building trust early, solving real problems and helping customers unlock meaningful value.
Outside of work, I’m usually with my wife and daughter, baking sourdough, smoking BBQ and for my sins, a loyal Crystal Palace and New England Patriots fan.
